  • Log Data: Server logs that may include your IP address, access times, app crashes, and system activity.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details or financial information. Apple may share transaction confirmations (e.g., subscription status) with us.
  • Authentication Providers: If you use third-party sign-in services, we may receive basic profile information as authorized by you.

2.4 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for identification purposes, health data, or data concerning sexual orientation.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Services, such as cloud hosting, analytics, and AI processing providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business Transfers: If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, reorganization, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your express consent.

  • Comply with our legal obligations;
  • Resolve disputes;
  • Enforce our agreements;
  • Protect against fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as maintaining anonymized or aggregated data for AI model improvement).

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at contact@lume.gg if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ on the Apple App Store and may be used by children. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and other applicable laws regarding children's privacy.

We will take steps to delete such information from our systems promptly.

Parents and guardians who allow children under 13 to use the Services should supervise their use and are responsible for managing the child's interaction with the App. We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities.
